The 9YG-2.24D series balers are independently developed and produced by Jiujia Company. The main purpose is to press various types of straw and forage grasses after harvesting. The S9000 (“Excellence”) model uses the most advanced technologies currently in China and abroad: axial semi-forced feed and a pick-up device without cams and protective covers. This increases pick-up volume, reduces crop clogging, speeds up grass pick-up and improves overall efficiency.
The hydraulic system uses H-joints with clamp fittings, allowing higher operating pressures to speed up the opening and closing of the chamber. A hydraulic buffer cylinder installed in the seal chamber prevents damage to the mechanisms caused by strong vibration during closing. The reinforced gearbox design increases the transmitted torque and, in combination with the double-sided chain drive in the compaction chamber, provides a more stable and efficient baling process.
Advantages of a geared baler hitch
1. Quick coupling: When connecting the baler to the tractor, the cross coupling frame can be freely rotated up and down, making it easy to connect through the mounting holes of the tractor's suspension arms using pin axles.
2. Reduced turning radius: Thanks to the dual gearbox, which turns 90 degrees to the left and right, the maneuverability of the tractor and baler is increased when making turns and turns in the field. There is no need to disengage the drive during turning, which makes operation more convenient and reduces the load on the operator. In addition, transmitting power through a gearbox improves power transmission efficiency.
3. The dual gearbox and coupling frame form a one-piece rigid structure, which ensures excellent stability. When working on terrain with differences in height, there is no risk of damage to the coupling frame or the driveshaft with two cross joints due to torsional loads.
